First Things First

The Sustain miniHome - A Modern Green RV is a compact green dwelling that fits on the back of a truck.

This home is completely self-sufficient and well-organized, within 38 sm (350 sf) there is they say, "everything you need for comfortable, year-round, sustainable living." Hmmm... Pretty close quarters for 4....

This miniHome’s is comparable in cost to a newer-used Airstream or a nicer double-wide trailer ($5000-$25,000). Like a conventional RV, it is a completely furnished, turnkey building. Something like this would be a good first step on our modern pre-fab dream home journey since there is no need for a permanent home foundation. Everything we'd need is in the miniHome and would be fully operational the day it arrived. Now, where to put it?
